They are recorded in a customer base to be of better service to you in the future and to provide a better service in general. Under no circumstances will your data be transferred or sold to third parties. Merapi Tour & Travel complies in all cases with the requirements set by the Personal Data Protection Act.

To make a booking, for example, or to sign up for the newsletter, you will be asked for personal information. We only use the personal information you provide to provide the service, deliver the relevant travel product or inform you about travel products in the future.
During the booking process you will be asked to provide details of those staying at home. We assume that you inform the home-stayers that we have their data in our possession and will only use them in the event of a calamity.
