Onong resort - Siladen
Welcome to our barefoot resort on Siladen Island!
Siladen is located right in the centre of the Bunaken Marine Park, of which it is the smallest island. It can be reached by boat 40 minutes from Mapia Resort and in 20 minutes from Wori (a small village north of Manado). The place is heavenly quiet with no cars at all, and life is generally being enjoyed at a slightly slower pace.
On Siladen Island we live and work closely with the local village community. Our guests instantly feel the warm atmosphere when they arrive at Onong Resort and feel right at home. The island of Siladen is simply the perfect place to dive and relax!
The resort is located directly on the house reef overlooking Bunaken, the vulcano Manado Tua and the North Sulawesi coast. Our resort consists of 10 spacious rooms: The 4 Sea View Cottages with stunning views of Manado and Bunaken and the 3 Garden View Cottages, which are built in the traditional Minahasa style of North Sulawesi, are equipped with a double bed, minibar, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
In the three standard rooms there is a fan and the associated private bathrooms are at the end of a short corridor. These rooms can be booked as a twin or double room. For a small surcharge, it is possible to have air conditioning in these rooms, too.
Facilities include a restaurant with bar and a massage room.
Onong Resort has its own diving center.
Of course, the main feature and real highlight remains the beauty and serenity of Siladen Island!
Whenever not under water our guests can enjoy our private beach, snorkel at our beautiful house reef, spoil themselves with a massage or just unwind in the serenity of Siladen.
In the evening guests can share their experiences over a chilled drink in the lounge area or at the bar, or play a game of pool.

Onong Resort offers three categories of rooms, Sea View and Garden View Cottages as well as Standard Rooms.
RESTAURANT & BAR
All meals are served at the restaurant and our guests all sit together at a long table. Breakfast is always buffet-style with additional warm items available on order. Dinner is mostly buffet-style offering a mix of Indonesian and international cuisine.
