Mahamaya boutique resort - Gili Meno -

The Mahamaya resort is a small paradise on Gili Meno. The small-scale resort only has 9 rooms. The Pool suites are located directly on the cosy swimming pool and the Beach front villas have a direct view of the sea.
All rooms have hot water, a safe and a private terrace.

MAHAMAYA is strongly committed to our eco policy and our cultural and environmental responsibilities. We have invested heavily in modern technology and we operate a rain water collection system to compliment our water recycling bio-system. We encourage guests to minimise water consumption and laundry to reduce our need for fresh water-boat supply from Lombok and our carbon footprint.

Buildings are designed to maximise air-flow which should reduce air conditioning usage. We do not provide televisions in our rooms but encourage guests to enjoy the natural beauty of our island surroundings.

We endeavour to respect and preserve the traditions of our local community and minimise our impact on the environment. We apply a reduce plastic policy and do not sell plastic bottled water in our resort. Our resort provides employment for many of the local islanders and we are working with the community to develop a waste recycling system. We have a seasonal daily specials menu, a small cottage garden and we purchase mainly fresh local produce. We are located on a tiny island with limited resources and our guests do appreciate our sustainability efforts in making MAHAMAYA their preferred choice on the Gili Islands.
